Compile Linux-compatible commands and pack them for agentOS.

agentOS builds real upstream command implementations for its Linux-in-WASM runtime. Missing libc or POSIX behavior belongs in the owned sysroot and host imports, not in command wrappers.

From the repository root:

pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
just tools-rebuild

For one command:

just toolchain-cmd <command>
just software-build

The toolchain stages generated commands into each package and writes software/<name>/dist/package.aospkg. Generated binaries, sysroots, and package artifacts are not committed.
